ResInvest Group is a rapidly growing corporate group operating in multiple countries. Comprising over eight companies, it required a solution to enable hundreds of employees to work online efficiently. As the group expanded, so did the natural necessity to unify internal communication, simplify the sharing of essential information, and provide employees with a single, structured space for news, contacts, and documents.
The client had utilized an intranet system in the past, but it no longer met their actual needs. It contained numerous features that neither employees nor administrators used, while lacking key tools for daily operations. Furthermore, it was a high-cost monthly solution that did not correspond to its usage levels or its overall benefit to the group.
Therefore, the project's objective was to design a modern, custom-built intranet that integrates internal communication, the employee directory, company news, and a central document repository into a unified environment prepared to scale alongside the group's future needs.
The client was not looking for a static notice board or a universal system with an abundance of unused features. They required a practical tool for daily operations that employees would actively utilize. With that in mind, we designed the intranet structure to fully respect the organizational division and functioning of the entire ResInvest Group.
The main page serves as an overarching hub, while individual companies have dedicated spaces for their specific news, documents, and contacts. This approach enables targeted content management while ensuring the system remains exceptionally user-friendly for regular employees.
The primary focus was solely on features that provide genuine value to the client. This resulted in a solution that is more organized, efficient, and better aligned with the workflow across the entire holding company.
We delivered an UX and UI design for the intranet that fully aligns with the visual identity of ResInvest Group. Emphasis was placed on clarity, seamless navigation, and comfortable usability across all devices. The technical solution includes the configuration of user roles for both regular employees and document administrators, and accommodates user registration based on approved corporate email domains.
During implementation, the following key components were developed: a central Document Hub categorized by company and user permissions, a module for publishing global and local news, and a global contact directory that facilitates orientation across the group through detailed information on positions, locations, and affiliations with specific companies.
Thanks to the new intranet, ResInvest Group has acquired a single platform where employees can reliably access the latest information, documents, and contacts. Instead of searching through emails or disparate repositories, they find content clearly categorized by whether it pertains to the entire group or a specific company. Simultaneously, the intranet grants administrators greater control over what is published, access permissions, and how documents reach the necessary personnel.
Compared to the previous system, the client eliminated an unnecessarily expensive solution filled with unused features, gaining instead a streamlined tool built precisely around their operational requirements.
This established a solid foundation for internal communication that eliminates wasted expenditures on redundant features and is actively utilized across the entire group.
