Project brief

Chargee, a specialist in integrated charging solutions for e-mobility, needed a website that could clearly communicate the broad scope of their services and products. Their previous site was confusing, and visitors often left without even understanding what Chargee offered.

The goal of the new website was to make the company’s integrated approach easy to understand and to provide all key audiences – including businesses, fleet managers, developers, municipalities, and households – with quick access to the information they need.

Our approach

Chargee wanted to reach a diverse set of audiences, each with unique needs and expectations. While their primary focus lies in designing and implementing complex charging ecosystems for businesses, they also needed to address households, municipalities, and developers.

To achieve this, we presented all of Chargee’s service areas on the homepage and guided visitors to sections tailored to their specific situation. This ensured users could quickly get their most burning questions answered. In addition, we tailored the customer journey to each type of visitor. This combined approach led to more visitors filling out the inquiry form and reaching the sales team of Chargee, who could discuss their individual needs.

Execution

The website was structured so that each audience could find relevant information quickly without being overwhelmed. Content in each section was tailored to the user type: executives focus on long-term efficiency and return on investment, fleet managers on the practical functionality of products and systems, and households on simplicity and reliability.

We emphasized modern design, clarity, and usability to reflect Chargee’s professional and innovative character. Built on Webflow, the site is modular and easy to maintain, ensuring it remains up-to-date and is ready for future growth.
