Digital Vision & CleverPower
Nobody likes working under pressure. The pressure to make quick decisions, deal with limited resources, and fine-tune details on the fly can overwhelm even seasoned teams.
That’s precisely the kind of challenge we faced when our Digital Vision division worked on a new website for CleverPower.
Although we also prefer projects that allow time for testing and iteration, this case shows how time constraints can become a driver for setting clear priorities and using tools more effectively.
Time pressure doesn’t have to paralyze you
When you approach a project strategically, a tight deadline can help the team focus only on what truly determines success. It creates an environment where there’s no room for unnecessary frills or overly complicated solutions.
Working under pressure follows a different set of rules. Decisions are made faster, communication is more direct, and everything revolves around clearly defined goals.
Only projects built on solid strategy, clear roles, and the courage to make fast decisions without hesitation can truly succeed.
It’s a challenge like any other—and it’s up to the team how they handle it.
A strategy for working effectively under pressure
Prioritizing tasks and making fast decisions
When time is limited, it’s essential to identify what really matters. At the start of the CleverPower campaign, we set a few clear priorities: a unified visual style, consistent messaging, and a smooth approval process between teams.
Quick decision-making was possible because every team member knew exactly who had the authority to give the final “yes.” But this only works if client communication runs just as smoothly—otherwise, even the best strategy will stall.
Using available resources and technologies
A strict deadline left no room for building anything from scratch. So we made full use of no-code development and the Webflow platform. Thanks to our technological foundation and experience with similar projects, we were able to speed up the process without compromising quality.
Building a website that drives growth
We created a new website for CleverPower to support their presence at a key industry conference. Despite having only a few weeks to prepare, we delivered a complete communication package—from creative concept, visuals, and copywriting to 3D animations.
The project introduced a new visual identity and website that reinforced CleverPower’s position as an innovative and trustworthy player in the energy sector. The site made it easier for customers to navigate and set the stage for future digital communication development.
Tips for marketing teams: how to get ready for high-pressure projects
- Set a clear decision-making hierarchy
- Define specific goals for each phase of the project
- Choose technologies that allow for fast development
- Agree with the client in advance on the approval process
- Schedule stand-ups and meetings with fixed calendar slots
Time pressure puts severe demands on teams, and compromises are sometimes inevitable. But if you understand your project’s success factors, even a brutal deadline can still lead to top-quality results.
Just look at what we managed to build in only three weeks.
